We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Content Creator Associate to join our Creatives and Production team and help strengthen Bioessence’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, short-form video, photography, beauty, wellness, and social media trends, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging and brand-aligned content. Why Join Bioessence? - Competitive compensation package - Unlimited performance-based incentives - Monthly self-care and wellness benefits - Continuous learning and professional development programs - Yearly international travel opportunities - Opportunity to be part of one of the Philippines’ most established beauty and wellness brands - Gain hands-on experience creating content for a recognized beauty and wellness brand - Work with a dynamic and collaborative Marketing and Creatives team What You’ll Do - Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with Bioessence’s brand identity and target audience. - Create short-form videos and other digital content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms. - Produce content featuring Bioessence treatments, services, products, clinics, therapists, beauty experts, and brand initiatives. - Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos from start to finish. - Create a variety of content formats, including treatment explainers, beauty and skincare tips, FAQs, treatment journeys, clinic tours, client experiences, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and trend-based content. - Conduct photo and video shoots in Bioessence clinics and other approved locations. - Capture high-quality photos and videos while ensuring that content reflects the Bioessence customer experience. - Monitor current TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them for the brand. - Assist in developing content calendars, scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and other production materials. - Collaborate with Marketing, Creatives & Production, Clinic Operations, Clinic Managers, Branch Heads, Therapists, and other relevant teams. - Assist in coordinating talents, creators, employees, therapists, and other approved personalities for content production. - Provide basic direction to on-camera talents and help create natural, engaging, and relatable content. - Perform basic photo editing, video editing, retouching, color correction, and graphic enhancements. - Ensure all content follows Bioessence’s approved brand identity, visual standards, tone of voice, and creative direction. - Ensure treatment and service information presented in content is accurate and based on approved materials. - Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and social media insights. - Manage multiple content assignments and ensure timely completion and delivery. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field. - At least 1–3 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, social media, or a related role. - Proven experience creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in video editing and basic photo editing. - Working knowledge of photography, lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling. - Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage. - A portfolio or sample of previous content work is highly preferred.
