This is a multidisciplinary role combining research, data insights, learning content, creative communication and client-facing content . You will work with Product, Design, Client Success, Marketing, Business Development and subject matter experts to create impactful content for the Bigyellowfish platform and client programmes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research using credible sources and translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content . Develop digital learning content including microlearning, quizzes, articles, exercises and nudges . Analyse platform and programme reports to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights . Turn data into meaningful narratives that can inform content, engagement and programme strategies. Conceptualise campaigns, challenges, awareness initiatives and engagement programmes . Create content for infographics, posters, presentations, reports, case studies and other communication formats . Use Canva or similar tools to create or prototype visual content. Develop client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, case studies and programme summaries. Support Marketing and Business Development with product collateral, pitch decks and communication material . Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant and appropriately interpreted. Review and improve existing content and proactively suggest new content formats, campaigns and engagement ideas . Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and clarity across all content before publication. What We Are Looking For: Strong research, writing and analytical skills . Ability to simplify complex or technical information without losing meaning. Comfort working with data, reports, dashboards and spreadsheets . Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts independently. Good visual communication skills with working knowledge of Canva or similar tools . Ability to work across multiple content formats and manage multiple assignments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality. Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams and take ownership from research to final delivery . Comfortable using AI-assisted research and content tools . Experience: Relevant experience in content development, research, learning content, digital products, SaaS, corporate communication or related fields . Experience with platform/engagement data, digital learning, B2B communication, campaigns, infographics, presentations or case studies will be an advantage.
