About the Role

Casabella PB is looking for a creative, energetic and highly motivated Content Creator & Videographer to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video, photography and social media content for our property listings, agents, projects, campaigns and overall company branding.

The ideal candidate should be able to take content from concept and filming through to editing and final delivery , with a strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Videography

• Create professional video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Film property tours, walkthroughs, reels, interviews, lifestyle videos and promotional content.
• Create engaging content featuring our real estate agents and properties.
• Film developer projects, launches, events and company activities.
• Produce high-quality photography and video content for property marketing.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards where required.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Add subtitles, captions, graphics, music, transitions and company branding.
• Adapt content into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
• Maintain a consistently professional and premium visual style.
• Manage quick turnaround times without compromising quality.

Social Media Content

• Work with the marketing team to create and maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Research current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
• Create content around Dubai real estate, property investment, communities and market updates.
• Develop engaging and informative content designed to increase reach, engagement and enquiries.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Property Marketing

• Create high-quality video and photography for property listings.
• Film apartments, villas, penthouses, offices and other properties.
• Produce professional property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
• Work closely with agents to understand the key selling points of each property.
• Ensure all property content is presented professionally and accurately.

Agent Personal Branding

• Create regular content for individual real estate agents.
• Develop personal-branding videos and educational content for agents.
• Help agents build a professional presence across social media.
• Create recurring content series based on each agent's community and market expertise.

Creative Development

• Bring new ideas and creative concepts to the marketing team.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats and content styles.
• Research competitor and industry content.
• Recommend new campaigns and content formats.
• Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the company's content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, videography, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong filming and video editing skills.
• Experience using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Good photography and photo-editing skills.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Real estate, luxury, hospitality or property marketing experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate or property-content experience.
• Experience with drone photography/videography.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
