Content Creator & Community Lead — REsimpli

REsimpli is an AI-powered CRM built by real estate investors, for real estate investors. We're looking for an investor who loves creating content to become the face of our brand online.

This isn't a social media manager role. We need a creator who makes content nonstop and shows up wherever investors are talking.

What you'll do

• Create content every week. Short how-to videos, deal breakdowns, and quick tips for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Be active on Reddit. Answer questions and join conversations in real estate investing communities, helpfully and without pitching.
• Run our Facebook community. Keep conversations going, welcome new members, and celebrate wins.
• Host office hours and training calls. You'll train alongside our founder, Sharad Mehta, for your first month, then lead these sessions.
• Turn topics into videos. Our team will share what investors are searching for, and you'll create content around it.

Who you are

• An investor with real deals. You don't need to be a big operator, but you've closed deals and can speak from experience.
• Already creating content. You post regularly, and your audience engages with it.
• Great on camera. Natural, likable, and easy to listen to.
• Socially sharp. You know how to talk to investors online, and when to be funny or serious.
• Committed. This is a full-time role, and we want someone who plans to grow with us for years.

Compensation

• $100,000 base salary
• $150,000–$175,000 on-target earnings with performance incentives
• Full product training from our team
