This role is primarily focused on producing, managing, and optimizing content across social platforms to strengthen brand identity, grow our audience, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who understands what performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, stays current with trends, and can consistently turn ideas into high-quality posts, short-form videos, and campaigns that feel authentic and on-brand. Responsibilities Content Creation & Storytelling - Create high-quality social content including short-form video, graphics, photography, captions, and written posts tailored to each platform - Edit and produce videos using modern editing tools for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short-form formats - Develop content calendars that balance planned campaigns, trends, and real-time opportunities - Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and messaging Social Media Management - Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others - Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement to build meaningful audience relationships - Perform social listening to track brand mentions, trends, and audience sentiment - Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats Campaign & Growth Support - Support paid social efforts (Meta and TikTok) by creating engaging ad-ready content - Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand reach and content variety - Integrate social content with e-commerce initiatives to support product launches and promotions - Review performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and audience behavior Quality & Brand Consistency - Proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing - Maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all platforms Requirements - Proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong emphasis on content creation - Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content - Strong visual and creative instincts with an eye for trends and storytelling - Experience with graphic design, photography, and video production tools - Familiarity with social listening tools and platform analytics - Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising from a creative/content perspective - Ability to analyze engagement data to improve content performance - Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with influencers and partners - Experience supporting e-commerce brands or product-driven content is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Paid time off Experience: - Content development: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: - Austin, TX 78729 (Required) Work Location: In person
