QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices - Administration and clerical processes - Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred BENEFITS - Paid medical, vision, drug and dental insurance - 12 paid holiday - 401k plan; 200% employer match on first 5% of pay - Paid time off - And may more Credit must be in good standing.
