Consulting Partner (Energy)

Client and Role Summary

An international strategy consulting firm is looking for a Senior Principal/Partner to help grow its energy practice in Indonesia. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to develop client relationships, build a portfolio and lead complex engagements across energy, power and the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of energy consulting work in Indonesia.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities for new and existing business.
• Lead business development, proposals and the acquisition of complex projects.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Guide consulting teams and contribute industry expertise and methodologies to the practice.

Requirements

• Minimum 13+ years of senior-level experience with strong energy/power/energy transition/ESG consulting background
• Currently already holding a Principal/Partner level title
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win or grow business
• Strong network and connections within the Indonesian energy market.
