Job Summary: We are in search of a Consultant focused on Workforce Management to join our Human Capital Advisory team. The individual will assist on client assignments concerning Assessments, Advisory, or Implementation of WFM solutions such as UKG Kronos in a dynamic environment with frequently changing requirements and interaction with onsite engagement teams and clients. As a partner resource implementing UKG Pro WFM Integrations, you are an extension of the UKG delivery team responsible for high-quality customer implementations of our award-winning UKG Dimensions solution. Our implementation partners are accountable for all phases of the customer’s implementation lifecycle. The partner resource must have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and consulting skills experience with knowledge of workforce management concepts and regulations to be accepted into the program.
