The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Job Description - Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.). - Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. - Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows and fulfillment automation. - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle phases. - Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for ServiceNow configurations and processes. - Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. - Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and data integrity. Requirements Requirements - Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment. - Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform - ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices - Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage - Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines - Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
