Through partnerships with communities and public systems, SNEHA drives sustainable change across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. About the Role We are looking for a Consultant Finance Coordinator – Budget Monitoring to support project budgeting, monitor financial utilization and ensure smooth finance processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities Monitor project budgets against actual expenses and utilization. Review and authorize payment vouchers and Tally entries. Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and expense tracking. Support funder audits, financial documentation and compliance. Manage cost-code mapping, salary/consultant allocations and reimbursements. Coordinate with Finance, Program and Domain teams. Support financial reporting and donor requirements. Profile Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Commerce/Financial Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. Good understanding of accounting, budgeting, reconciliation and financial compliance. Strong attention to detail, coordination and communication skills. Prior experience in the non-profit sector is desirable.
