In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through our extensive product offerings with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping environment Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage through engaging product demonstrations and detailed explanations Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering personalized recommendations and upselling where appropriate Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and fully stocked at all times Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash register operations and basic math calculations Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, industry trends, and merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations in a retail environment Supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in team coordination and store operations Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear product demos and explain complex information simply Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally and courteously Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without pressuring customers Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing transactions seamlessly Familiarity with retail store product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and stock management practices Ability to perform retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Basic math skills necessary for daily cash handling tasks and transaction accuracy Join our team as a Consultant / Bud Tender if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, possess strong sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
