Learn more about ET&P Your work profile Analyze, design, and support end-to-end OMS business processes. Gather and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with Business, Development, QA, and Production Support teams. Configure and support OMS enhancements and system integrations. Coordinate UAT, review test cases, and manage defect resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support production issue resolution. Validate data using SQL and APIs, and support release deployments. Prepare project documentation and recommend process improvements. Key skills required Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and order lifecycle management. Experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, and Exception Management. Hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing (Postman). Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS. Experience in OMS implementation, enhancement, integration, or production support projects.
