Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to foster collaboration and productivity Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and clarity before execution Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent platforms for project tracking and documentation Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling (including Primavera P6), and budget management for large-scale infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of civil 3D for site design coordination and blueprint reading skills for accurate interpretation of construction plans Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership and communication skills Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements Skilled in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on cost control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance Excellent time management abilities coupled with effective project coordination techniques to meet tight deadlines This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead impactful projects while advancing their expertise in construction management.
