Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overall site management and daily construction production activities. Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Manage subcontractors, workers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and work procedures. Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, and project stakeholders. Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges. Ensure compliance with Singapore construction standards, workplace safety requirements, and project specifications. Prepare site progress reports and provide regular updates to management. Job Requirements: Minimum 20 years of working experience in construction site management. Extensive experience in Electrical Installation Works and ICA-related projects. Must have strong hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects. Experience in M&E coordination, electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning works will be an advantage. Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and site coordination procedures. Strong knowledge of construction workflow, manpower planning, and productivity management. Able to independently manage site operations with minimum supervision. Good problem-solving skills and strong leadership ability. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese with project teams and workers. Willing to work on-site and handle project requirements under tight schedules. Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
