Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the construction site. Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications. Coordinate and follow up on site inspections, submissions and technical matters. Ensure construction works comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties on corrective actions. Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other project documentation. Monitor work progress and assist in meeting project deadlines and budgets. Supervise and guide site personnel and workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently.
