You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and update project schedules, milestones and construction programmes. * Plan labour, materials and equipment requirements with project teams. * Monitor site progress, identify delays and prepare recovery plans. * Review drawings, specifications and project requirements. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines. * Assess how design changes and variations affect project schedules. * Prepare progress reports and forecasts for management and clients. * Support project budgeting, cost monitoring and resource allocation. * Incorporate health, safety and quality requirements into project plans. * Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation. Required Skills and Experience * Experience in construction planning or project management. * Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar planning software. * Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications. * Strong scheduling, resource planning and risk management skills. * Good understanding of budgets and cost control. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to solve problems, manage priorities and meet deadlines. * Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. * Relevant construction or engineering qualification, or equivalent practical experience. Pay: £30,800.00-£82,700.00 per year Work Location: In person
