BDN Construction is a GTA-based commercial contractor delivering retail and restaurant projects across Ontario. We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage retail and restaurant projects up to $10M. If you're organized, client-focused, and ready to own project delivery from planning to completion - we want to hear from you. What You Will Do: - Lead retail and restaurant commercial projects from planning to execution - Oversee subcontractors and maintain financial and schedule controls - Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results Develop and implement project plans - - scope, schedule, and budget - Work with Procore for project management and financial tracking - Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies What You Bring: - 5+ years of project management experience in restaurant and retail construction - Proficiency with Procore and construction management systems - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to handle high-value projects and meet tight deadlines - Strong decision-making skills under pressure - In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards - Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors Preferred: - PMP certification (or equivalent) - Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects What You Will Get - $90,000 - $110,000/year - Full-time, permanent position - Performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly - Paid time off and professional development opportunities - Competitive benefits package - Family-oriented, values-driven team culture
