WE ARE HIRING: MEP Construction Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Position: MEP Construction Project Manager Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities from mobilization to handover and ensuring works are delivered safely. on schedule, Within budget, and to the required quality standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Plan, direct, and oversee all MEP construction activities on site
• Manage site engineers. supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate With the consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor progress against the project programmer and report on schedule, COST, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings. and authority requirements.
• Enforce HSE policies and site safety standards.
• Review material requests, method statements, inspection requests. and work approvals.
• Support the QS and Planning teams with measurements, variations, and progress reporting.
• Lead site coordination meetings and maintain proper project records.

REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Site Manager on MEP projects. Good knowledge Of HVAC, electrical. plumbing, firefighting. ELV systems and related MEP software. Working knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DCD. ESL, DE-WA, Dubai Municipality). Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or Primavera P6. Strong leadership communication and coordination skills. Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering 1O to 15 years Of experience in MEP construction.
