This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. As a key driver of project success, you will utilise your expertise to manage resources efficiently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Duties - Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using Microsoft Projects. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. - Oversee daily operations on-site to monitor progress, quality control, and safety adherence across all construction activities. - Manage project timelines proactively by utilising effective time management strategies to meet deadlines without compromising quality. - Track project milestones and update stakeholders through detailed reports and meetings, maintaining clear communication channels. - Address unforeseen issues swiftly by implementing problem-solving techniques while maintaining project momentum. Experience - Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft projects and Microsoft Office Suite - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time across multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaborative working relationships. - Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
