This role is ideal for a construction professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, integrate into a collaborative, fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and help drive projects forward with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will have experience managing construction projects from planning through completion, including ground-up builds, renovations, and facility refreshes. Experience in veterinary or specialty commercial projects is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout. - Coordinate project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues. - Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. - Facilitate communication between owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. - Track project costs and assist with budget management and reporting. - Conduct virtual and on-site project meetings as needed. - Support permitting, procurement, and construction administration activities. - Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. - Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and clients. Qualifications - 2+ years of construction project management experience - Passport or Real ID - Demonstrated experience with the following: - Ground-up new construction projects - Facility refreshes and remodels - Occupied-space or active renovation projects - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, project management and construction software platforms. - Understanding of construction drawings, contracts, schedules, and budgets. - Willingness to travel periodically to project sites.
