# Construction Project Manager **Premier Pro Remodeling** · Rocklin, CA 95765 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Assistant Project Manager / Construction Runner Premier Pro Home Remodeling is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Project Manager / Construction Runner to help oversee residential remodeling projects and keep jobs moving efficiently from start to completion. Responsibilities: Drive to multiple active job sites throughout the day Meet and communicate professionally with homeowners Coordinate with subcontractors, crews, vendors, and project managers Check job-site progress and make sure work is moving according to schedule Take job-site photos and provide daily progress updates Identify delays, problems, missing materials, or other issues and communicate them immediately Pick up and deliver materials, documents, permits, and other project-related items as needed Submit, obtain, and follow up on building permits Coordinate with city and county building departments Schedule inspections and meet inspectors at job sites when necessary Follow up on inspection corrections and help ensure projects pass required inspections Confirm subcontractors are scheduled and show up when expected Communicate project requirements and upcoming work with subcontractors Help coordinate material deliveries and job-site access Maintain professional communication with clients throughout construction Help resolve day-to-day job-site issues and keep projects progressing toward completion Report directly to management regarding job status, scheduling, client concerns, and subcontractor performance Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable driving throughout the Sacramento and surrounding areas Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and building departments Basic understanding of residential construction preferred Previous construction, remodeling, project coordination, or project management experience is preferred This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, good with people, and capable of taking responsibility for getting things done without needing constant supervision. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
