Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Utilize Primavera P6 or similar project management software to schedule and track project progress meticulously. - Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. - Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations. - Monitor project milestones and adjust plans proactively to address delays or unforeseen challenges. - Review civil design documents using Civil 3D software to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. - Lead regular project meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and align team efforts effectively. - Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and approvals for transparency and accountability. Skills - Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling complex projects efficiently. - Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil engineering design review and coordination. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. - Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders. - Ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly while maintaining focus on project objectives. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices within the construction industry.
