The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and extensive construction site experience to coordinate various teams and resources effectively. Duties - Provide project leadership by coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site and ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. - Manage construction plans, review blueprints, and interpret technical drawings to guide the construction process accurately. - Develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. - Drive to different job sites regularly to oversee progress, address issues promptly, and ensure safety protocols are followed. - Schedule work activities efficiently by coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. - Order materials needed for each phase of the project, ensuring timely delivery to prevent delays. - Respond to questions from team members, clients, or vendors regarding project details or issues that arise during construction. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project. - Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, changes, and issues for reporting purposes. Skills - Proven experience in construction site management and project leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. - Excellent scheduling skills with the ability to adapt plans as needed to meet deadlines. - Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents accurately. - Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. - Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel between multiple job sites regularly. - Organizational skills for managing materials ordering, documentation, and scheduling tasks efficiently. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to answer questions promptly and resolve issues on-site. - Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance in all aspects of work.
