Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee our construction projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, project requirements, and quality standards. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: · Preside over and control the contract effort to ensure project success. · Lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables. · Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. · Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including subcontractor management, procurement, and construction progress. · Monitor project performance, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. · Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. · Provide guidance and direction to project personnel, including superintendents, quality control managers, and other team members. · Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes. · Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, quality, and adherence to specifications. · Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or challenges in a timely and effective manner. · Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications: · Completion of the 30-hour Federal OSHA Safety and Health Standards 29 CFR 1910 safety course. · Possession of an engineering degree, construction management degree, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. · Alternatively, a verifiable work history of a minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager, superintendent, or quality control manager. · Have experience working with the federal government contracts. · Strong understanding of construction processes, practices, and standards. · Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. · Excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide project teams. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts. · Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions. · Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. · MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK TO ACCESS MILITARY BASES To apply, please submit your resume, along with any relevant certifications and references, to [james@marcofederal.com and juan@marcofederal.com].
