In order to carry out the company's work more efficiently we required a experience candidate in the mentioned position. The Candidate must required: - Experience in construction project management or a related field. - Good organisational and communication skills. - Ability to manage time, budgets, and resources effectively. - Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of construction processes and health and safety requirements. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent computer skills - Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role - Educated to degree level or equivalent Our work environment includes: - Growth opportunities - On-the-job training - Safe working environment We are looking for a reliable and organised Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive and detail oriented, able to communicate in an effective manner and create an environment where employees are focused on doing their best work. Responsibilities: - Plan and manage construction projects. - Prepare work schedules, budgets, and project plans. - Work with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals. - Monitor project progress, costs, and quality of work. - Coordinate workers and construction activities. - Check building plans and project documents. - Identify and solve problems that may cause delays or extra costs. - Ensure that health and safety rules and building regulations are followed. - Prepare project reports and provide progress updates. - Arrange materials, equipment, and contractors when needed. - Check that work meets the required standards. - Help complete projects and prepare the necessary handover documents.
