Responsible to ensure projects is constructed per requirements for commercial offices, retail outlets, or healthcare facilities and strictly adhering to Singapore’s building regulations Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle from site mobilisation to final handover and defect rectification. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, landlords/end users and sub-contractor/vendors. Site Supervision: Monitor on-site progress, ensure quality of workmanship. Technical Review: Review architectural shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure alignment with design intent and local codes. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in fit-out project management are strongly encouraged to apply.
