Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, budgeting, and site coordination skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, progress reports, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Manage variations, delays, and other project-related challenges.
• Ensure proper inspection, snagging, and handover of completed projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and site management.
• Experience managing residential buildings, villas, high-rise buildings, or other construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software.
• Must be currently available in Bahrain.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
