Are you a Project Manager or APM at a massive subcontractor, spending 80% of your day fighting corporate red tape instead of running real construction? We are a growing commercial demolition and concrete specialty contractor running multiple commercial demo jobs including Interior removal, slab trenching, and concrete pourback. In construction, the devil is in the details; your job is to run the jobs safely, on-time and profitably. We work as a team here; we do not micromanage our people but expectations for quality and volume are high. We want to hear from you, If that is appealing to you, AND your qualifications include: - 3+ years as a PM/APM at a specialty sub (Concrete, Masonry, Demo, Excavation, or Earthwork). - Sharp plan reader — architectural, structural, and MEP. - Bilingual helpful(English & Spanish) to work seamlessly with our crew foremen. - Personable yet firm — comfortable telling a GC superintendent they are mistaken when they ask for free work. - Calm under pressure, tech-savvy, comfortable with digital reporting and flexible for occasional night-shift emergency calls.
