Construction & Project Development Operations Lead Location: NCR Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end construction and project development lifecycle from initial planning and design to final handover. Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining strict control over delivery timelines and cost efficiency. Provide high-level strategic direction on construction methodologies, project planning, design development, and site execution. Review and approve project designs, specifications, quantity surveying, cost estimates, contracts, and variation orders. Direct the selection, negotiation, management, and performance evaluation of contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risk registers, key milestones, and rigorous quality standards across all sites. Work alongside senior management, internal project teams, and external partners to resolve complex technical and operational issues. Present financial performance, status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations directly to executive management. Ensure absolute compliance with regulatory requirements, engineering codes, site safety standards, and corporate policies. Drive continuous process improvements across construction workflows, cost control mechanisms, and delivery systems. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing construction and project management team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional engineering license is highly preferred. At least 15 years of progressive experience in construction and project management, with significant time spent in senior leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale property developments simultaneously (e.g., commercial, mixed-use, residential high-rise). Deep technical background in construction management, design coordination, quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration. Extensive experience negotiating with and managing major contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners. Strong financial acumen regarding project budgets, procurement strategy, and the commercial drivers of property development. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and manage risk in a fast-paced environment.
