# Construction Project Coordinator (Facade/Curtain Wall - Singapore Work Opportunity) **FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN BHD** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution. - Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring all work is carried out according to construction and shop drawings. - Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. - Assist the Project Manager with shop drawing preparations, method statement submissions, and project documentation. - Prepare and maintain project reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists in a timely manner. - Record and track all project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variation orders and other related matters. - Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team. - Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times. - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations. - Coordinate with workshops and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Excellent coordination, organizational, and project management skills. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. - Commitment to a 5.5-day work week schedule.
