The successful candidate must have hands-on experience obtaining construction permits, NOCs, and government/authority approvals in Abu Dhabi . Candidates with experience in power plants, seawater intake & outfall, marine works, pipelines, utilities, or major infrastructure projects will be given priority. Key Responsibilities Handle and follow up on all required construction permits, NOCs, and authority approvals for the project. Coordinate with relevant Abu Dhabi government authorities and project-related entities. Manage permit and approval requirements for power plant construction, seawater intake & outfall works, marine/coastal works, pipelines, excavation, road crossings, utility crossings, and temporary construction activities . Coordinate approvals involving onshore and offshore/marine interfaces , where applicable. Submit drawings, method statements, technical documents, and other supporting documentation required by authorities. Coordinate closely with the Client, Main Contractor, Consultant, Engineering Team, and relevant authorities . Follow up on applications from initial submission through final approval , including resolving authority comments and outstanding requirements. Maintain an accurate Permit & NOC Tracker , including submission dates, current status, expiry dates, and renewal requirements. Identify permit and authority requirements in advance to minimize delays to the construction schedule. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Construction PRO, Government Approvals, Permitting, or a similar role. Strong Abu Dhabi construction project experience is highly preferred. Previous experience in Power Plant, Seawater Intake & Outfall, Marine Works, Pipeline, Utilities, or Major Infrastructure Projects is highly preferred. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority approval procedures and government portals . Proven ability to independently manage permit and NOC applications from initial submission through final approval . Previous experience with a Main Contractor or EPC Contractor is strongly preferred. Good communication and coordination skills in English . Arabic language skills are an advantage. Valid UAE driving licence is preferred. Important – Please Read Before Applying This is NOT a Visa / Immigration PRO position. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, immigration processing, or typing centre services will not be considered . First priority will be given to candidates with direct Abu Dhabi Power Plant and/or Seawater Intake & Outfall project permitting and authority approval experience. Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
