We are hiring Construction Manager to lead field operations, site safety, subcontractor management, and technical compliance for road, highway, and heavy civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Project Execution & Planning: Manage daily site operations, construction schedules, and resource allocation from pre-construction to project closeout. - Quality & Safety Control: Enforce site safety plans, conduct regular HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) inspections, and ensure compliance with local road and transport authority standards. - Budget & Cost Management: Monitor material quantities, equipment deployment, labor costs, and change orders to prevent budget overruns. - Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with civil engineers, municipal authorities (such as local transport or road departments), subcontractors, and material suppliers. - Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, update project schedules using planning software, and report status metrics to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in road, highway, or heavy infrastructure construction. - Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading civil engineering drawings, grading plans, asphalt/concrete specifications, and contract types. - Software Skills: Experience with scheduling and project tracking tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore. - Certifications: PMP, NEBOSH, or local engineering board registrations (such as Society of Engineers accreditation) are often preferred. Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
