Key Requirements & Responsibilities - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in building construction, preferably in high-rise projects. - Strong experience in civil, architectural, partition wall, and finishing works. - Ability to manage multiple project sites, site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor installation and finishing works. - Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and MEP teams for site clearances and inspections. - Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, material requirements, and project schedules. - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, QA/QC, and HSE requirements. - Follow up on WIRs, NCR closures, site handovers, and project completion. - Excellent leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. - Dubai Municipality (DM) certification is preferred.
