# Construction Manager - Civil Contracting **GBH International Group** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully managed masterplan developments and townhouse communities. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day construction activities across large-scale developments, including masterplan projects and townhouse communities. - Manage construction programs, resources, manpower, equipment, and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery. - Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. - Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective measures to address delays. - Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Supervise and coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works. - Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. - Monitor construction costs, resource utilization, and productivity to maintain budgetary control. - Identify construction risks, resolve site-related issues, and implement effective solutions. - Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. - Ensure proper coordination between infrastructure works, utilities, roads, landscaping, and building construction where applicable. - Prepare and review progress reports, construction schedules, and project documentation. - Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, productivity, and project execution. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. - Extensive experience in construction management, preferably within large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality control, and site management. - Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams. - Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong understanding of project schedules, construction budgets, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. Preferred Experience - Proven experience in large-scale masterplan developments and townhouse communities is highly preferred. - 10-15 years experience managing high-volume residential construction projects and multiple work fronts simultaneously. - Familiarity with infrastructure, utilities, roads, landscaping, and associated development works. - Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, developers, and relevant authorities. - Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
