Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction, scaffolding, aluminium, formwork, or related industries. Dubai/UAE construction experience is mandatory. Dubai Municipality Certificate is mandatory. M Certificate + 12 or Unlimited driving license. Strong knowledge of construction site operations, project coordination, and manpower management. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Experience in planning, supervising, and monitoring construction activities. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project schedules and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities and site operations. Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Plan manpower and resources according to project requirements. Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions. Prepare and follow up on project schedules and progress reports. Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and project Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
