# Construction Manager Civil **E7M Electromechanical** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage civil construction activities from project commencement through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all civil construction activities across assigned projects. Plan, coordinate, and monitor site execution to ensure project milestones are achieved. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and construction personnel to ensure efficient work execution. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity. Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the planning team to monitor schedules and implement recovery plans when required. Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Monitor subcontractor performance, work quality, and progress. Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the engineering and project teams. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements. Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe work practices. Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Participate in client, consultant, and project coordination meetings. Monitor project costs and support the Project Manager in controlling variations and potential delays. Ensure proper handover, testing, snagging, and project close-out activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Candidates with proven experience in large-scale masterplan developments/ townhouses are highly preferred . Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with significant experience in a Construction Manager role. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site management. Experience managing subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment. Strong knowledge of project planning and progress monitoring. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under pressure. UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
