Construction Manager – Buildings / Villas (Arabic Speaking)

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee construction activities for building and villa projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall construction activities for building and villa projects.
• Plan and coordinate site operations, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise Site Engineers, General Foremen, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and construction milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management on technical and construction matters.
• Identify and resolve construction delays, site challenges, and resource constraints.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare construction progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven construction management experience in building or villa projects is mandatory.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are required.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Experience managing manpower, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE construction experience preferred.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month
