Touq Group is a growing business in the UAE with interests across construction, contracting facility maintenance and trading. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our project delivery and uphold our standards of quality, safety and timeliness.

Role Summary

The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from mobilization to handover. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. You will make sure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise all construction activities on assigned projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and cost control
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, supervisors and subcontractor teams
• Review drawings, specifications and BOQs, and ensure work follows approved designs
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality procedures and UAE regulations and authority approvals
• Monitor progress and prepare regular progress, cost and variation reports
• Handle variation orders, claims, material approvals and site inspections
• Identify risks and resolve site issues quickly
• Manage project handover, snagging and close-out

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven UAE (GCC) experience on building, infrastructure or contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, planning and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of HSE and quality standards
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Professional certification (PMP, Engineers Society membership or similar) is an advantage

Pay: Up to AED17,000.00 per month
