# Construction Manager **SOULVANA FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATES L.L.C** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role *Hiring: Construction Manager (CM) – Dubai, UAE* We are looking for an experienced *Construction Manager (CM)* to join our team for a building construction project in *Dubai, UAE*. *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum *7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry*. * Strong and proven experience in *Dubai-based building projects*. * Good experience in coordinating with *Dubai Government Authorities* and handling inspections, approvals, testing, completion requirements, and final project handover. * Strong knowledge of *construction planning, scheduling, and site-based programme management*. * Ability to monitor progress, critical activities, delays, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans in coordination with the planning team. * Strong experience in managing *subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and multiple disciplines*. * Ability to coordinate effectively with the *Client, Consultant, Contractors, Authorities, and other project stakeholders*. * Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical coordination. * Experience in *Testing & Commissioning, Snagging, Authority Inspections, and Project Handover*. * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and site management skills. * Good understanding of *QA/QC and HSE requirements*. * Good knowledge of *Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office* is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Preference will be given to candidates who are *currently based in the UAE and available to join within a short notice period*. *Location:* Dubai, UAE Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV and mention *“Construction Manager – Dubai”* in the subject/title.
