# Construction Manager **RITS** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Construction Manager – All Disciplines Location: Qatar Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC Experience: Generally 15+ years Education: B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Engineering or a Relevant Engineering Diploma Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage overall construction execution across multiple disciplines for Oil & Gas / EPC projects. The successful candidate will oversee site activities, manpower, subcontractors, engineering coordination, materials, quality, safety, project schedules, commissioning, and handover, ensuring compliance with approved project scope, drawings, specifications, and QatarEnergy requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise construction activities across all relevant disciplines, including civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and structural works. - Manage site manpower, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and work fronts to ensure efficient project execution. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, SHES, commissioning, and project management teams. - Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable QatarEnergy standards and requirements. - Monitor construction progress against project schedules and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. - Review and coordinate method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), lifting plans, work permits, and construction drawings. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, safety, environment, and security (SHES) requirements. - Coordinate site inspections, technical clarifications, field changes, and resolution of construction-related issues. - Ensure proper implementation of permit-to-work procedures and safe systems of work. - Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project milestones. - Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning support, punch-list clearance, and final project handover. - Prepare construction progress reports and communicate project status, risks, and challenges to senior management and the client. Requirements - B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Engineering or a relevant engineering diploma. - Generally 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC construction, with substantial construction management experience. - Proven experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams on major industrial or Oil & Gas projects. - Strong knowledge of construction planning, site execution, manpower management, and subcontractor coordination. - Experience with QatarEnergy projects and familiarity with its construction, safety, quality, and documentation requirements is highly desirable. - Good knowledge of approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, lifting plans, work permits, and project specifications. - Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver projects safely, within schedule and budget.
