# Construction Manager **Renova 360** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 18 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description – Construction Manager / Project Manager Civil Works | Renovation | Fit-Out Location: UAE We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager with DM G+Unlimited to lead and manage civil, renovation, and fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Construction Management Plan, manage, and oversee multiple Civil Works, Renovation, and Fit-Out projects from commencement to successful handover. Lead project teams, including Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, and other site personnel. Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards . Monitor site progress and take corrective action to address delays and operational challenges. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings. Technical & Site Coordination Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before and during execution. Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, Project Teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Resolve technical and construction-related issues at site. Ensure effective coordination between civil, MEP, fit-out, and other specialist works. Monitor variations, additional works, and changes in project scope. Commercial & Cost Control Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage. Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying and Estimation Teams on project costs, variations, and claims. Review subcontractor work progress and assist in verifying completed works. Identify potential cost overruns and implement appropriate corrective measures. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for Clients, Consultants, and other project stakeholders. Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively. Maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Quality, Health & Safety Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and site safety requirements. Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability across project teams. Team Leadership & Reporting Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to the project team. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimum utilisation of manpower. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to Senior Management. Identify project risks and escalate critical issues in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Construction Project Management. Extensive experience in the UAE/GCC in: Civil Construction Renovation Projects Interior Fit-Out Proven experience managing projects from mobilisation through to final handover. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project execution. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project planning and MS Office; knowledge of relevant project management software is preferred. Candidate Profile Experience: 15 years Salary Budget: AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month Location: UAE Job Type: Full-Time Candidates with proven UAE experience in managing Civil, Renovation, and Fit-Out projects, along with strong leadership and client management capabilities, will be given preference.
