The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover. Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project requirements. Monitor project progress and take corrective action where delays or execution issues arise. Ensure compliance with project quality, HSE, and UAE regulatory requirements. Review construction programs, technical submissions, material requirements, and site documentation. Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project updates to Senior Management. Monitor project costs, resource utilization, variations, and potential commercial risks. Resolve technical and operational issues at site in coordination with consultants and the project team. Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and site teams. Mandatory Requirements Dubai Municipality (DM) G+Unlimited approval/classification Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE . Proven experience managing major building construction projects in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements, authority regulations, and construction procedures. Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination. Experience in project planning, site execution, quality control, cost management, and subcontractor management. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. UAE Driving Licence preferred. Preferred Candidate Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate or short-notice availability will be preferred. Important: Candidates who do not have DM G+Unlimited approval and the required UAE construction experience should not apply. Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Experience: UAE Construction: 10 years (Preferred) License/Certification: DM G+Unlimited (Preferred) UAE Driving Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
