Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects in the UAE. If you have a strong background in project management, team leadership, site operations, and delivering projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, schedules, resources, and project milestones.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors.
• Coordinate daily with main contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and support interim payment applications.
• Ensure timely project completion and proper project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Construction Management experience .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, subcontractor management, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards is highly preferred.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
