Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience . Strong proven experience in Cut & Fill / Mass Earthworks projects . Excellent knowledge of excavation, filling, grading, compaction, levels, and earthwork quantities . Experience managing heavy equipment, manpower, and site productivity . Strong leadership, coordination, and project execution skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers, surveyors, consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams . UAE construction experience is preferred. Immediate availability / immediate joiners will be highly considered.
