The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and schedule constraints. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop project plans and specifications that meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization to maximize profitability. Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and maintain project schedule. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Lead and motivate project teams, including construction supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality workmanship. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations. Resolve conflicts, disputes, and issues that arise during the construction process in a timely and professional manner. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices related to construction management, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. UPDA is mandatory years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, methods, materials, and equipment. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
