The ideal candidate will hold valid Dubai Municipality approval for Ground+4 category projects and bring strong technical expertise in interior fit-out and construction supervision. Key Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering (or related field) ● Mandatory: Valid DM (Dubai Municipality) approval, G+4 category ● Minimum 5–6 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in construction projects ● Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software ● Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and authorities ● Strong knowledge of DM submission processes, NOC procedures, and approval documentation ● Valid UAE driving license preferred Key Responsibilities ● Prepare, review, and submit drawings for DM approval (G+4 projects) ● Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals and inspections ● Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations ● Coordinate with design and site teams to align technical documentation with project execution ● Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle from approval to handover What We Offer Competitive salary of AED 7,000 – 9,000 based on experience.
