# Construction Accountant **Highsolve** · Maadi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Software Sales Specialist with a strong background in construction accounting to sell and promote software solutions designed for construction companies with a Capability to work in Sales Field (Related to Construction project) . Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Identify and generate new business opportunities among construction companies, contractors, developers, and engineering firms. - Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Managers, Accountants, Project Managers, and Business Owners. - Conduct discovery meetings to understand customers' accounting and project-management challenges. - Present and demonstrate construction software solutions based on customer requirements. - Explain software features related to accounting, project costing, invoicing, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information in CRM. - Use practical construction accounting experience to understand customer requirements. - Understand construction-specific accounting processes, including: - Job/project costing - Cost codes - Project budgets - Accounts payable and receivable - Purchase orders - Subcontractor payments - Change orders/variations - Revenue and cost tracking - Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation teams during onboarding. - Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to the Product team. Requirment: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. - Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in construction accounting, preferably within a construction or contracting company. - Experience in software sales, ERP sales, accounting software, or construction technology is highly preferred. Advantage - Competitive Package plus Commission. - Working hours and days: From Sunday to Thursday (9am to 5pm). - Social and Medical insurance. - Location: Maadi.
