# Configuration Management Specialist **Solvere Technical Group** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior level Configuration management Specialist for Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) for the U.S. Coast Guard's Surface Acquisitions Logistics Center (SALC). The purpose of this work is to provide detailed and technically correct configuration for US Coast Guard acquisition projects - specifically the Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) in accordance with USCG procedures, processes, and specifications Job Description: - Defines provisions for configuration management planning, identification, improvement, change control, status accounting, and audits. - Plans, identifies and maintains the original and current configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, software, and related documentation. - Regulates the change process and conducts configuration audits. Supports the Quality Assurance process audits. Qualifications: - Must have at least 10+ years of experience working Configuration Management with new acquisitions. - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must have mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with Military Documentation Standards. (MILSTDS) also required. Desired Qualification: - Have an extensive background in Configuration Management, design interface support, and training are highly desired. - Previous U.S. Coast Guard. - RCM Level II certification is plus. - Experience in U.S. Coast Guard FLS, ACMS, CGLIMS is a plus. Security Requirements: - Pass a NACI Background check Travel Requirements: - None Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 Please note: The annualized pay range referenced is a general guideline.
