Key Responsibilities Manage the IT Helpdesk to ensure prompt and effective resolution of user issues and service requests. Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues. Assist new employees in obtaining IT requirements, including hardware, software, network access, email accounts, and user credentials. Conduct IT orientation and basic training for new users. Coordinate with IT team members to ensure seamless support across data center, networking, desktop/laptop, internet, and intranet environments. Maintain and update IT ticketing systems and activity logs. Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services for all divisions. Escalate critical incidents and service disruptions to the IT Manager in a timely manner. Manage and monitor backup solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection. Administer and monitor servers, software licenses, and cloud infrastructure, including AWS environments. Support virtualization platforms and virtual machine (VM) environments. Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 environments. Perform Microsoft Windows Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure IT systems comply with organizational security standards and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations. Work Location: In person
