Overview Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Operations Manager, where you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance strategies that ensure our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor compliance activities, and champion quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and operational efficiency. All duties relating to air, and fire compliance works - ventilation cleaning - fire door audits - fire compartmentation audits and works relating to these. hygiene deep cleaning is also a huge part of our business. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry regulations and organizational goals. Lead regular audits and assessments to verify adherence to compliance standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure services and operations meet established benchmarks for excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver ongoing training on compliance requirements, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability. Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices, updating policies proactively to maintain compliance readiness. Manage reporting systems for compliance metrics, incidents, and audit findings, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections or reviews, providing documentation and insights as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of regulatory relevant to the organization’s industry, with a focus on compliance standards. Proven experience in managing compliance operations within a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable procedures. Exceptional leadership capabilities to motivate teams and promote a culture of quality assurance. Effective communication skills for training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting purposes. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
